At Natural Design, we realize that swimming pools are only one component of a complete and completely usable back yard. In fact, most homeowners consider their yard an ongoing work in progress and many budget accordingly.

Our Phase II designs allow for this, by providing the initial design for swimming pool, patios and the basic hardscape to make a yard fun and usable.
In addition, we provide secondary hard and softscape options, in an overall plan, so that future changes and additions can be possible with minimal disruption and remedial work. This provides our clients with an overview of their yard completed, but also allows for phase by phase construction over a period of time.

Often there are changes in a backyard design that only become obvious after using the entertainment areas and amenities for a period of time, such as a gazebo located near a noisy neighbor or maybe an outdoor kitchen located with the wrong sun exposure during the times you would use it most.

Phase by phase construction can prevent these errors, by installing the first phase with a flexible general plan for future work.
