California swimming pool contractors are required by law to provide their clients with the length of time that will be required to build their pool, barring weather or other situations legitimately out of the contractors
control.   

At Natural Design we provide that information on our contract, but in addition we provide every client with a much more detailed written schedule!  When a dig date is established,  a written schedule is provided that shows
in advance what day a crew will be onsite, and which phase of construction will be done. 

As you can see in the sample below,  this schedule tells the client weeks in advance which critical phases they need to be home for and which days it is not necessary.  In this way,  if there is a scheduling conflict, i.e. a vacation planned,  the schedule can be adjusted,  and the reason noted.   

The schedule has very reasonable degree of flexibility,  which allows for short term delays by the client or our construction team,  without impacting the overall schedule.
